The i Lead programme works closely with the leader to understand the gaps in their leadership skill set and to create specific and measurable development steps. The participant takes charge of his own learning utilizing a blend of self/ facilitated experiential learning and a work based coaching model. We utilize a change management approach that ensures leaders across all leadership levels and generations, understand the value of new behaviours, which create action plans that lead to change and the establishment of new paradigms.
